A. Both your SMTP and POP3 are mail.yourdomain.com where "yourdomain.com" is replaced with the domain name you own and are using with Semular Hosting. Your username is your full email address, i.e. name@yourdomain.com, and the password will be the one provided to you at signup. You can add/edit/delete additional emails by using the webmail administration section at http://yourdomain.com:32000/mail. Be sure to use your admin email as your username (admin@yourdomain.com), and the password provided to you at signup. If you don't have this information, please contact semular using our contact form.
A. Typically there are two reasons why this situation can occur. The most common reason is that your internet service provider (The company that provides your connection to the internet) is blocking all other SMTP servers besides their own. The solution is to use their SMTP Server, rather than the one that is provided with Semular Hosting (typically mail.yourdomain.com). For example if your internet service provider is BellSouth, then you would use mail.bellsouth.com as your SMTP Server. This setting is usually found in your mail preferences/accounts of your email software.
A. You can access your webmail at http://webmail.yourdomain.com (remember to change "yourdomain.com" with the domain you own". On the login page, use your full email address (i.e. name@yourdomain.com) and the corresponding password. If you don't know your password, you can contact us for assistance.
A. The best way to contact Semular for hosting support is by opening a support ticket through the control panel, which can be accessed here. If you are unable to login to the control panel, you can still contact Semular by using our contact form.
